Videobrite offers film transfer that is unmatched in the industry. Each transfer technician has a minimum of ten years experience and is an expert in this field. These technicians are available to answer questions and assist you with your order via e-mail, telephone or in person.
The projectors we use are called telecine "aerial image" projectors. They are specially designed to compensate for the incompatibility of film and video. The result is clear and vibrant images without the annoying "flicker" that is produced by using nonprofessional equipment. A high resolution computer imaging camera is shot straight into the lens of the projector and sends the crisp and clear video signal to a broadcast quality VCR for recording.
This combination of expert technicians and top notch equipment will provide you with movies transferred to a video that is sure to become your favorite family heirloom .
When preparing your film for the transfer service, there are a few decisions that need to be made:
the order
The order in which the films are to appear on the tape is a decision you will need to make in advance. Just number each reel sequentially, with a large clear number in the order in which it is to appear.
music?
Videobrite has a very nice selection of easy listening music that is designed to compliment film transfer. This background music is instrumental and goes very well with home movies. The music is offered at no charge as a benefit to our customers. It really adds to the video experience!
title?
The first title is placed at the beginning of the tape. It is a high quality computer generated graphic of up to 35 letters. We also make a nice full color label for the tape with this title on it. This first title is done at no charge as a benefit to our customers. Additional titles may be done at additional costs.
duplications?
Extra copies of your transfer can be a cherished present for everyone. Is there a birthday or other special family gathering coming up? This is a time that would be perfect for the "Big Screening," and giving copies of the tape with your full color label will make a huge impact on all of the recipients. It is a great way to bring friends and family closer together.
ship it?
Videobrite is open to the public six days a week for walk in traffic but in this time of "e-commerce" it is not necessary for you to bring in your film transfer. Shipping the order in usually adds just a few days to the turn around time.
